About the Artist:

We The Kingdom is a Contemporary Christian band signed to Capitol Christian Music. The members of the band include multiple generations: Andrew Bergthold, Ed Cash, Martin Cash, and Scott Cash.

The meaning band’s name comes after the idea that “the kingdom of God is here among us.” The band released its first singles, “Dancing on the Waves” and hit single “Holy Water”, followed by their debut EP, Live at the Wheelhouse, in 2019.

The Band’s Musical Accomplishments:

• 2#1 radio singles (“Holy Water” and “God So Loved”).
• 2 GRAMMY nominations.
• 3 Dove Award wins.
• Named one of the Top 20 breakout artists across all genres in 2020.

About the Album:

Their self-titled album was released September 16, 2022.  It is an authentic, rock n’ roll, southern soul and gospel style album. The album was supported by the release of the singles “Miracle Power” and “Jesus Does.” “Miracle Power” peaked at No. 17 on the US Hot Christian Songs chart. “Jesus Does” peaked at No. 13 on the Hot Christian Songs chart.

These most recent albums were signed for us when we caught up with the band at the Sweetwater Performance Pavilion in Fort Wayne, Indiana on August 27, 2023.  As always, they were so personable and generous with their time!

We The Kingdom had previously signed albums at the 2022 Winter Jam (Alley County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana). Before the Winter Jam concert, WTK and Jeremy Camp had a meet and greet with fans. Our friend and WTK’s tour manager, Jeremy, kindly helped us get our albums signed by the band.  The first time we met the band was in 2021 at the same location during their tour with Casting Crowns.

Personal Experience with WTK:

We The Kingdom is such an awesome band. They are so down to earth and are so passionate about creating Christian music. Their shows are so energetic and fun. They continue to impress us with their kindness off the stage and their excitement on the stage. Getting to meet them and chat have been some of the coolest experiences. We hope to see more of them in the future!
